Fat Flush Soup Recipe

16 oz ground turkey
4 tsp cilantro
28 oz tomatoes
1 cup green beans
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp onion
2 cup kale
2 cup spinach

Saute ground turkey, drain.
Saute onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms.
Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro and parsley.
Cover and simmer 20 min.
Add cilantro and parsley. Cover and simmer 10 more min.
Store in fridge up to 5 days.

Makes 16 cups.
1 serving = 3 cups.
